Our Story

Fairouz Cafe & Gallery is a place that delivers healthy food from old recipes which have withstood the test of time. Our recipes use fresh ingredients blended with exquisite spices to enhance taste, nurture health, and are always prepared with love.

Varieties

A daily fresh feast of delectable dishes for vegans and vegetarians, and succulent meat dishes for carnivores is waiting to be shared with our friends whom we love dearly. Welcome home.

Salads

GREEK SALAD

A combination of romaine lettuce, tomatoes, chickpeas, and parsley. Topped with feta cheese, olives, and homemade dressing on the side.

TABOULEH (Lebanese Salad)

Healthy, famous Lebanese salad of chopped parsley, diced tomatoes, onions,mint, and cracked wheat. Marinated with olive oil and lemon juice.Served with warm pita.

FATOOSH

Chopped romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, mint, parsley, and toasted pita. Marinated with lemon juice and olive oil. Healthy and delicious!

CHICKEN SALAD

Marinated grilled chicken on fresh crisp romaine lettuce, with tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives. Served with homemade dressing on the side and warm pita.

Fairouz Cafe & Gallery is a collection of different forms of art. Ibrahim Alnashashibi believes that art is all around us. Art is in the beauty of nature, as well as in the human composition, inseparably bound with the mighty threads of love. Anything that is made with love is an art form. At Fairouz Cafe & Gallery we love nothing more than to prepare your food with all our love and creativity.

We want to create a unique atmosphere that transcends time and takes you into an uplifting journey away from the daily challenges of life. We give you the space of this unique eatery-gallery to enjoy the company of your loved ones surrounded by many of Alnashashibi's beautiful vibrant paintings as they take life and embrace the walls of our restaurant.
